This is from a series of demonstrations that I did for my Barcelona Academy of Art anatomy students, to help prepare for their anatomy exam.

The idea was to go through every important bone and muscle in the body in a series of 10 videos, but keep the time limit of each video down to 5-15 minutes. So it's perfect if you're lazy/cheap.
